सं० 133/ 84-फेन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क
मा०का०नि० 416 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम, 1944 के नियम ४ के उपनियम ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिंग विभाग की अधि सूचना सं० 274/ 76- केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 13 नवम्बर, 1976 का निम्नलिखित ओर संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना में उपाबद्ध मारणी में, क्रम स० 2 और उमसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखिन क्रम स ० और प्रविष्टियां रखी आएंगी , अर्थात्:--

कारखाने द्वारा मुने गए हैं और किसी स्वतंत्र प्रसंस्करणकर्ता द्वारा प्रसंस्कृत किए गए हैं :

( 1 ) पुमराप्तऊर्ण के कच्चल, वे कमाल जो देशी कुछ नही ऊन और ( पुनराप्त मून से बने हुए ) मेञ्छन कपड़े से भगाए गए ।
( 2 ) पच्चीस रुपए प्रति वर्गमीटर से अबिरु कुछ नही मूल्य के ( पुनराप्तत्रणं सूत्र में बने हुए) फैक्षिक
भून्य का पांच पतिव ণ (3 ) अन्य
(ख) ऐसे फैब्रिक जो ( संयुक्त मिल से मिश्र ) कारखाने द्वारा बुने गए है और किसों मंगुक्त मिल द्वारा प्रसंस्कृत किए गए हैं ,
( 1 ) पुनरावऊणं के कम्बल , वे कम्जल जा देशा
ऊन और (पुनराप्तऊर्ग मून से बने हुए ) मूल्य का दो प्रतियत मेल्टत कपड़े से बनाए गए है ।
(2 ) पच्चीस रुपए प्रति वर्ग मीटर से अनधिक मूल्य का डाई प्रति णन मूल्य के ( पुनराप्तऊर्ण मूत्र में बने हुए) फैब्रिक ।

(ग) अन्य प्रसं स्कृत फैब्रिक-
मूल्य का साढे चार प्रतिशत ( 1) पुनराप्भऊर्ण के कम्बल, ये कम्बल जो देशी ऊन और ( पुनराप्तऊर्ण सूत से बने हुए ), मेल्टन कपड़े से बनाए गए हैं ।
मूल्य का माढ़े चार प्रतिशत ।
(2) पच्चीस रुपए प्रति वर्ग मीटर से अधिक मूल्य के ( पुमराप्तऊर्ण सूप्त से बने हुए ) फैब्रिक
मूल्य का दस प्रतिशत । " (3) अन्य

GSR . 416( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944, the Central Government her by makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India , Department of Revenue , and Banking , No. 274/76- Central Excises , dated the 13th November , 1976 namely :-
In the table annexed to the said notification , for Sl . No. 2 and the entries relating thereto , the following Sl . No. and entries shall be substituted , namely :-

Nil "2. (a) Fabrics woven by a factory ( other than a composite mill) and proces- sedby an independent pocessor-
Nil (i) Shoddy blankets , blankets made from indigenous wool and Mel- ton cloth (made of Shoddy yarn) .
Nil (ii ) Fabrics (made of shoddy yarn) of value not excee ling twenty- five rupecs per square metre .
(iii) Others
Five per cent , ad valorem.
(b) Fabrics woven by a factory , (other than a composite mill) and proces- sedby a composite mill-
Two per cent ad valorem .
(i) Shoody blankets , blankets made from indig nous wool and Mel- toncloth (made ofshoddy yarn) .
(ii ) Fabrics(made of shoddyyarn) Two and a half per ofvalue not exceedingtwenty- cent ad valorem. five rupees per square metre .
(iii) Others
Eight per cent . ad valorem .
(c) Other processed fabrics
(1) Shoddy blankets , blankets made from indigenous wool and Melton cloth (made of shoddy yarn) . Four and a half per cent , ad va- lorem.

सा०का०नि ० 417 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, अतिरिक्त उत्पात्र शुल्क (विशेष महत्व का माल) अधिनियम, 1957 ( 1957 का 58) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3) के साथ पठित केन्द्रीय उत्पाद- शुष्क, नियम, 1944 के नियम 8 के उपनियम ( 1) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत भरकार के राजस्व और बैंकिग विभाग की अधिसूचना स० 275/76 केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नारीश्व 13 नवम्बर, 1976 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना से उनाबद्ध सारणी में मद क और उमसे सबधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-

" (क) यदि ( संयुक्त मिल से भिन्न) कारखाने द्वारा बुने गए हैं और किमो स्वतन्त्र प्रसंक- करणकर्ता द्वारा प्रसंस्कृत किए गए हैं;
( 1 ) पुनराप्तऊर्ण के कम्बल , वे कम्बल जो देगी ऊन और ( पुनराब्नऊर्ण) सूत से बने हुए) मेल्टन कपड़े से बनाए गए हैं ।
कुछ नहीं
(2) पश्च्चीस रुपए प्रति वर्ग मीटर से अनधिक मूल्य के ( पुनराप्तऊर्ण सूत से बने हुए) फैब्रिक ।
मूल्य का वो प्रतिशत ।
(3) अन्य
मूल्य का हाई प्रति- पात ।"

GSR. 417 ( E) .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - rule ( 1 ) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944 , rhad with sub- s -ction (3 ) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goodsof special Importance) Act, 1957 (58 of 1957) the Cen- tral Government hereby makes the following further am'n lment in the notification of the Government of India , Department of Revenue andBanking, No. 275/76- Central Excises , dated the 13th November , 1976, namely :

(ii) Fabrics (made of shoddy yarn) of value not exceeding twentyfive ru- pees per squaremetre .
(iii) Others
Two and a half per cent . ad valorem."
