G.S.R. 418 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby make's the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 2l3j83-Customs, dated the 23rd July, 1983, namely :—
In paragraph 2 of the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of May, 1984", the figures, letters and words "31st day of May, 1985" shall be substituted.
