ORDER

New Delhi, the 31st May, 1984

G S.R. 420(E)|Ess.Com. (Sugar.™Jn exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3C) of section 3 of the Essential Com- modities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Levy Sugar Supply (Control) Order, 1979, namely :—

1 (1) This Order may be called the Levy Sugar Supply (Control) Order, 1979, Amendment Order, J984.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2. In the Levy Sugar Supply (Control)* Order, 1979, in sub-clause (1) of clause 2, for the words "or grade and in such quantities", the words "or grade, in such quantities and from such place of manufacture or storage " shall be substituted.
