सा० का० नि० 421 (अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं० 117/ 82-सीमाशुल्क, तारीख , 19 अप्रैल, 1982 का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना मे, --
(क) पैरा 1 में, " मूल्य के 30 प्रतिशत " शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर " मूल्य के 15 प्रतिशत " शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

G.S.R. 421 (E ) .-In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Finance

(Department of Revenue ) No. 117 / 82 - Customs dated the 19th April, 1982, namely :-
In the said notification ,-
(a) in paragraph 1 , for the figures and words "30 per cent ad valorem " , the figures and words " 15 per cent ad valorem " shall be substituted;
(b) in paragraph 2 , for the figures , letters and words " 31st day of May , 1984 " , the figures , letters , and words " 31st day of May, 1985" shall be substituted.

श्रधिसूचना सं० 169/ 84-सीमाशुल्क
सा० का ० नि ० 422 (अ ):-केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की पहली अनुसूची के अध्याय 48 के अंतर्गत आने वाले ग्रेप गार्ड को, जब उसका भारत में आयात किया जाए , उक्त पहली अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट उस पर उग्रहणीय समस्त सीमाशुल्क से और उक्त सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम की धारा 3 के अधीन उस पर उग्रहणीय समस्त अतिरिक्त शुल्क से छूट देती है ।
स्पष्टीकरण :-इस अधिसूचना के प्रयोजनों के लिए , "ग्रेप गार्ड" से ऐसी किस्म का कागज अभिप्रेत है जो साधारण- तया अंगूरों को पैक करने के लिए प्रयोग किया जाता है और जिसमें सोडियम मेटा-सल्फेट अंतर्विष्ट करने वाले पतले आयातीय पोच के साथ उस पर चिपकाए गए क्राफ्ट कागज से संपीड़ित अभिक्रिया सफेद कागज की दो शीट हैं और जिसका कवकी क्षय को रोकने के प्रयोजन के लिए प्रयोग किया जाता है और इस प्रकार वह ताजा स्थिति में दीर्घ- कालीन भंडारकरण में सहायता करता है ।
2. यह अधिसूचना 30 अप्रैल, 1985 तक , तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , प्रवृत्त रहेगी । जिसमें

Customs Act, 1962 ( 52 of 1962), the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts grape guard , falling within Chapter 48 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act , 1975 (51 of 1975 ) , when imported into India, from the when of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule and from the whole of the additional duty leviable thereon under section 3 of the said Customs Tariff Act .
Explanation. For the purposes of this notifica- tion, " grape guard" means paper of a type generally used for the packing of grapes and which consists of two sheets of treated white paper pressed together with in rectrangular pouches containing sodium metasulphate , with kraft paper pasted thereto, and which is used for the purpose of pre- venting fungal decay and thus helps prolonged storage in fresh condition.
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 30th day of April , 1985 .

सा० का० नि० 423 ( श्र):-केन्द्रीय सरकार , वित्त अधिनियम , 1984 ( 1984 का 21) की धारा 36 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के साथ पठित, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं० 131/ 84-सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 11 मई, निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-- 1984 का
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम सं 220 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम सं ० और प्रविष्टि अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्:--
" 221 सं० 169/84-सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 31 मई, 1984" ।

In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Cus- toms Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , read with sub - section (4) of section 36 of the Finance Act, 1984 ( 21 of 1984) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. 131/84- Customs , dated the 11th May, 1984, namely : -
In the Schedule to the said notification , after Serial No. 220 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial No. and entry shall be inserted , namely :-
"221. No. 169 / 84- Customs , dated the 31st May, 1984." .
