का० नि० प्रा ० 56 (भ) -छावनी भधिनियम, 1924 (1924 की 2 ) की धारा 14 को उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार यह समाधान होने पर कि छावनी प्रशासन के लिए छावनी बोर्ड , सिकन्दराबाद के गठन में फेरफार होना वांछनीय है , एतद्वारा तदर्थ घोषणा करती है भौर यह अतिरिक्त निर्देश देती है कि 3 जुलाई, 1984 से छः माह की. कालावधि के लिए अथवा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 के अन्तर्गत बोर्ड के गठन तक के लिए , इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, उक्त छावनी बोर्ड के गठन में फेरफार किया हुआा रहेगा ।

S.R.O. 56 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub- section ( 1 ) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924) , the Central Government , being satisfied that for the adminstration of the Cantonment , it is desirable to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Board, Secundera- bad hereby makes a declaration to that effect and further directs that the constitution of the said Board shall stand varied for a period of six months with effect from the 3rd July, 1984 or till a Board is constituted under section 13 of the said Act , whichever is earlier.

का० नि० श्रा० 57 ( भ): छवमी श्रधिनियम, 1924 (1924 का 2) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के भनु- सरण में जिसे भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय अधिसूचना संख्या का ० नि० ग्रा ० 5.6 ई, दिनांक 3 जुलाई , 1984 के साथ जो कि भारत सरकार के असाधारण राजपत्र विषिका 3 जुलाई , 1984 के भाग II, खण्ड 4 में प्रकाशित हुमा था , पढ़ा जाए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि निम्नलिखित दो व्यक्तियों को छावनी बोर्ड, सिकन्दरा- बाद के सदस्य के रूप में 3 जुलाई, 1984 से मनोनीत किया गया है:--

S.R.O. 59 (E) . In pursuance of sub-section ( 3 ) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 ( 2 of 1924 ) , read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 58 E dated the 3rd July 1984 , published in the Government of India. Extraordinary Gazette , Part II Section 4 dated the 3rd July 1984, the Central Government hereby notifies that the following two persons have been nominated to be the members of the Cantonment Board , Jutogh with effect from June 1984 :
S.R.O. 57 (E ) -In pursuance of sub-section ( 3 ) of sec- tion 14 of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (2 of 1924) , read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 56E dated the 3rd July 1984, published in the Government of India , Extraordinary Gazette , Part II Section 4 dated the 3rd July, 1984, the Central Government hereby notifies that the following two persons have been nominated to be the members of the Cantonment Board , Subathu with effect from 3rd July, 1984.
1. Major S. N. Dhondiyal-nominated under clause (b ) of sub-section (2 ) of section 14.
1. Col. N.T. Singh -nominated under clause ( b ) of sub-section (2) of section 14. 2. Sh. Sita Ram.-nominated under clause (c ) of sub- section ( 2 ) of section 14.
2. Nawab Mahmood Khan -nominated under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 14.

का० नि० भा ० 61(श्र) :-छावनी श्रधिनियम, 1924 (1924का 2) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के अंनुसरण में जिसे भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय अधिसूचना संख्या का ० नि० श्र ० 60-ई , दिनांक 3 जुलाई, 1984 के साथ जो कि भारत सरकार के असाधारण राजपत्र दिनांक 3 जुलाई 1984 के माग- II, खंड-4 में प्रकाशित हुआ था, पढा जाए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एत्दद्वारा अधिसूचित करती हैकि निम्नलिखित दो व्यक्तियों को छ बनी बोर्ड, सुबाथु के सदस्य के रूप में 3 जुलाई, 1984 से मनोनीत किया गया है:-

In pursuance of sub section ( 3 ) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act , 1924 (2 of 1924 ) read with the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 60( E ) dated the 3rd July 1984, published in the Government of India , Extraordinary Gazette , Part II Section 4 dated the 3rd July 1984 the Central Government hereby notifies that the following two persons have been nominated to be the members of the Cantonment Board, Subathu with effect from 3rd July 1984.-
1. Major Dhan Raj . nominated under clause ( b ) of sub-section (2 ) of section 14.
2. Dr. J. S. Khan.- nominated under clause (c) of sub- section (2 ) of section 14 .

का. नि. आ. 62 (अ ) -छावनी आधिनियम 1924 (1924 का 2) की धारा 14 की उपधारा ( 1 ) , द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों प्का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार यह समाधान होने पर कि छावनी प्रशासन के लिए छावनी बोर्ड, डगशाही के गठन में फेरफार होना वांछनीय है, एतद्वारा तदर्थ घोषणा करती है और यह अतिरिक्त निदेश देती है कि 3 जुलाई, 1984 में छः माह की कालावधि के लिए अथवा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 13 के अन्तर्गत बोर्ड के गठन तक के लिए , इनमे से जो भी पहले हो उक्त छावनी बोर्ड के गठन में फेरफार किया हुआ रहेगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 14 of the Cantonments Act 1924 (2 of 1924 ) the Central Government , being satisfied that it is desirable to vary the Constitution of the Cantonment for the administration of the Cantonment Board it is desu- able to vary the constitution of the Cantonment Dagshar , hereby makes a declartion to that effect and further directs that the constitution of the said Board shall stand varied for a period of six months with effect from the 3rd July 1984 or till a Board constituted under section 13 of the said Act , whichever is earlier .

1. Lt. Col. S. C. Talwar . nominated under clause (b ) of sub - section ( 2 ) of section 14.
2. Shri Tulsi Ram Gupta . nominated under clause ( c ) of sub -section ( 2 ) of section 14 .
