S.O.415(E)/6/IDRA'84—In exercise of the powers conferred by sectiort 6 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) read with rules 4 and 5 of the Development Councils (Procedural) Rules 1952, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes for a period of two years with effect from the date of the publication of this order in tin- Official Gazette, the Development Council for the scheduled industry engaged in the manufacture of tyres and tubes, and appoints the following persons to be members of the said Council ramely: —
