G.S.R. 432(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sab* section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub-section (4) of section 36 of the Finance Act, 1984 (21 of 1984), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the follow- ing amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 135|84- Customs, dated the 11th May, 1984, namely :—
For the Schedule annexed to the said notification, the f#- lojving Schedule shall be substituted, namely :—
"SCHEDULE
1. No. 134-Customs, dated the 1st July, 1977.
2. No. 39-Cusfoms, dated the 15th February, 1979.
3. No. 200-Customs, dated the 28th September, 1979.".
