New Delhi, the 6th June, 1984

NOTIFICATION

S.O. 416(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (5) of sections read with sub-section (6) of section 6 of the Press Council Act. 1978 (37 of 1978), the Central Government hereby notifies the name of Shri T. Chandrasekara Reddy as member in the place of Dr. Rafiq Zakaria who vacated the office in accordance with sub- section (3) of section 6 of the said Act and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Iidia in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting No.S.O. 130(E) dated tht 8th March 1982, namely:—

Tn the said notificaion, against serial number 27, for the entry "Dr, Rafiq Zakaria", the following entry shall be substituted, namely :—

"Shri T.Chandrasekara Reddy".
