S.O. 417(E):—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 78, read with sub-section (2) of section 116 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following further amendment in the noti- fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department-of Revenue) No. S.O. 985(E)dated the 27th Decem- ber, 1980, namely:—

In the Table to the said notification, serial number 3 and entries relating there to shall be omitted.
