का. आ . 418 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए ,

भारत सरकार के बित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं . 251/83-सीमा- शुल्क , तारीख 27 अगस्त , 1983 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी में , क्रम सं . 1 में , स्तम्भ (1) में, -
(1) मद (क) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मव और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्
" (क) मुम्बई पत्तम , मुम्बई विमान पत्तन (सांताक्रुज और सहार विमान पत्तन ) , मुम्बई निगम की अधिकारिता के अधीन क्षेत्र और महावा शेवा पत्तन । " ;
(2) मद (स) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
" (ख) मुम्बई पत्तन , मुम्बई विमान पत्तन (सांताक्रुज और सहार विमान पत्तन) , मुम्बई निगम की अधिकारिता के अधीन और नहावा शेवा पत्तन । " ।

NOTIFICATION
No. 176 / 84- CUSTOMS
S. O. 418 (E ) .-In exercise of powers conferred by sub-
section ( 1 ) of section 4 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) ,
the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment
in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of भारत का राजपत असाभार
[भाग II--खण्ड 3 ( ii ) ]
Finance (Department of Revanue) No. 251 / 83 -Customs , dated the 27th August , 1983 , namtly:-
In the Table appended to the said notification , against serial number 1 , in column ( 1 ) , -
(1) for item ( a) and the entry relating thereto , the following item and entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"( a) Port of Bombay , Bombay Airport ( Santa -Cruz and Sahar Airport) , the area under the jurisdiction of the Bombay Corporation , and the Port of Nhava Sheva .";
(ii) for item (b) and the entry relating thereto , the following item and entry shall be substituted, namely:
" ( b) Port of Bombay , Bombay Airport (Santa - Cruz and Sahar Airports ) , the area under the jurisdiction of the Bombay Corporation, and the Port of Nhava Sheva .".
