NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th June, 1984

S.O. 419(E):—In pursuance of sub-section 2 of Section 21 of the Industrial Finance Corporation Act, 1948 (15 of 1948), the Central Governmentj on the recommendation of the Board ot Directors of the Industrial Finance Corporation of India, hereby fixes 9% (Nine per cent) per annum as the rate of interest payable on the bonds to be issued by the said Corporation on 14th June, 1984 and maturing on 14th June, 1999.
