S.O. 424(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of clause (a) Sub-Section (i) of Section 2 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 (47 of 1968) the Central Government hereby declares the duty by every person referred to in the said clause (a) serving in Chandigarh for a period of six months with effect from 15-6-84 to 14-12-84 as active duty.
