ORDER

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 437(E)[No. E(C)O, 1977|AM{287).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—-

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Seventh

Amendment Order, 1984.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977 the existing condi- tion appearing in Column 4 of OCnL No. 3 in Schedule-in against S. No. 14A the following shall be substituted :—

"14A Export allowed subject to minimum export price of

Rs. 19,000 per MT. f.o.b."
