अधिसूचना
एफ 7( 16 )/83-पी० बी० 1--दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 की सं० 61 ) की धारा 57 जिप्से दिल्ली विकास ( विविध) नियम, 1959 के नियम 3 के उप नियम ( 4) के साथ पड़ा जाए, द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए विल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व स्वीकृति से एतद द्वारा वि ०वि०प्रा० में वरिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी तथा अनुसंधान अधिक री के पद हेतु भर्ती की विधि से संबंधित विनियम बनाता है, यथा-- 1. संक्षिप्त शीर्ष क एब लागू होमा ( 1 ) इस विनियमों की " विल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण -श्ररिष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी तथा अनुसंधान अधिकारी पद हेतु भर्ती विनियम, 1983" कहा जाए ।
(2 ) ये विनियम राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तिथि से लागू हो जाएंगे ।
2. संख्या, वर्गीकरण एवं वेतनमान उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण और वेतनमान इन विनियमों के अनुलग्नक की अनुसूची 1 व 2 के कालम संख्या 2 से 4 तक के उल्लेखानुसार होगा ।
3. भर्ती की पद्धति, आयु-सीमा और अन्य अर्हताएं भर्ती की पानि, आयु सीमा, अर्हताएं एवं उपर्युक्त पव से अन्य सम्बन्धित बातें उक्त अनुसूचियों के कालम संख्या 5 से 12 तक के उल्लेखानुसार होगी ।
4. अयोग्यताएं कोई भी व्यक्ति जो-;
(ए) ऐसे व्यक्ति से शादी का अनुबन्ध कर चुका है या शादी कर चुका है जिसकी पत्नी या जिसका पति जीवित है , या
(बी ) जिसकी पत्नी था जिसका पत्ति जिन्दा है और वह किसी अन्य किसी व्यक्ति के साथ शादी करने का अनुबन्ध कर चुका है या शादी कर चका है;

बह उक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए अयोग्य होगा परन्तु केन्द्रीय सरकार यदि संतुष्ट हो जाती है कि सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति और विवाह के दूसरे पक्ष पर लागू होने वाले व्यक्ति को नियमों के अन्तर्गत ऐसे विवाह की अनुमति दी जा सकती है और ऐसा किए जाने के अन्य कारण मी हैं तो इन विनियमों में उसे छूट दी जा सकती है ।
5. छूट देने की शक्तियां:-जब केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय होकि ऐसा करना आवश्यक या उचित है तो वह कारणों को लिखते हुए इन विनियमों की किसी व्यवस्था/व्यस्थाओं में किसी व्यक्ति की श्रेणी या वर्ग को छूट दे सकती है ।
6. प्रतिबंध्र -इन विनियमों का प्रभाव , आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट या अन्य रियायतों जो कि अनुसूचित जाति, जन- जाति और अन्य विशेष श्रेणियों से सम्बन्धित विशेष उम्मीदवारों पर इभ सम्बन्ध में समय -समय पर केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए आदेशों के अंतर्गत उपलब्ध की जानी है, पर नहीं पड़ेगा ।

( 2) सामाजिक-आर्थिक, औद्योगिक एवं व्यबहारिक योजना से सम्बन्धित आकड़ों के संकलन , परिवर्तन एवं विश्लेषण और उनका निर्वाचन करने का कम से कम 3 वर्ष का अनुभव हो ।

वाछनीय:
औद्योगिक और व्यवसायिक संस्थाओं के जम साख्यिक एवं सामाजिक- आर्थिक सर्वेक्षणों के संजालन, नियोजन एवं आवास से संबंधित आकड़ों के सारणीकरण का अनु- भव हो ।
प्रतिनियुक्ति:
केन्द्रोथ या राज्य सरकार अथवा दिल्ली विकास-प्राधिकरण के अधिकारी जो इस पत्र की पत्रो- अप्ति हेतु निर्धारित अर्हताएं रखते हों और
(1) सवश पर्दो वर;
(2) 700-1300 ५० के वेतनमान में इस पेज में 5 वर्ष से हों ।
(इस नियुक्ति से एकदम पहले धारित अभ्य संवर्ग -च पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि सहित प्रतिनियुक्ति की अवधि साधारण- तथा उसी विभाव में 3 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी । )

F. 7 (16) /83.PBI--In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 57 of the Delhi Development Act , 1957 (61 of 1957 ) read with sub- rule (4) of rule 3 of the Delhi Development (Miscellaneous ) Rules , 1959 , the Delhi Development Authority , hereby makes , with the previous approval of the Central Government , the following regulations relating to the method of recruitment to the post of Senior Research Officer and Research Officer in the Delhi Development Authority namely:-
1. Short title and commencement . (1 ) These Regulations may be called the " Delhi Development Authority- Sr . Resarch Officer and Resarch Officer ( Recruitment) Regulations , 1984."
(2) These shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. Number , classification, and scale of pay . The number of the said posts , their classification and scales of pay attached there to shall be as specified in Columns 2 to 4 of the Schedules I & II annexed to these Regulations .
3. Method of recruitment , age limit and other qualifications . The method of recruitment , aga limit , qualifications and other matters relating to the said posts shall be as specified in Columns No. 5 to 12, of the said schedules.
No person who :-
4. Disqualifications :
(a) Has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or
(b) Having a spouse living , has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person shall be aligios for appointment to the said posts :
Providing that the , Contral Government may, if staisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for so doing exempt any person from the operation of hese regulations.

5. Power to relax :- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do , it may by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these Regulations with respect to any class or category of persons .
6. Saving : Nothing in these Regulations shall affect reservations , relaxation of age limit or other concessions required to be provided for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes , the Scheduled Tribes and other special categories in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in his regard .
