NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14th June, 1984

S. O. 444(E) :—In pursuance of clause 4A of the Colliery Control Order, 1945, as continued in force by Section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the noti- fication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Energy (Department of Coal) No. S. O. ?20(E)

2. In the said notification for the words "in respect of coal produced by the different subsidiary companies" the following words shall be substituted, namely :—

"in respect of coal produced and sold by the different subsi- diary companies".
