ORDER
New Delhi, the 15th June, 1984
S.O. 445(E) :—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-paragraph (6) of paragraph 13 of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 1979, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals and Fertilizers) No. S.O. 548 (E), dated the 8th My, 1981, namely :—
In the Table below the said Order, against serial No. 8, in column 5, for the figures "5.34". the naures "7.34" shall be substituted.
Note : The Principal Order published as S.O. 548(E), dated 8-7-1981 has been subsequently amended by S.O. 707 (E), dated 29-9-1983.
