1. इन नियमो का संक्षिप्त नाम औषधि भौर प्रसाधन सामग्री ( सशोधन) नियम, 1934 है ।
2. मौषधि भौर प्रसाधन सामग्री , 1945 के ( जिसे इसमे इसने पश्चात् उगत नियम कहा गया है) नियम 55 के पश्चात् निम्मलिखित नियम अंतः स्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
सा० का० नि० 458 ( अ) -भौषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री नियम, 1945 का और सशोधन करने के लिए नियमो का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप , जिसे केन्द्रीय मरकार औषधि तकनीकी सलाहकार बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् भौषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम 1940 ( 1040 का 23 ) की धारा 33 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, बनाना चाहती है, उक्त धारा की अपेक्षानुसार ऐसे सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित किया जाता है , जिनके उसमे प्रभावित होने की मम्भावना है । इसके द्वारा यह सूचना यी जाती है कि उक्त प्राप्त नियमों पर उस तारीख से जिसको उस राजपक्ष की प्रतियां जिभमे यह अधिसूचना प्रकाशित की जाती है जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है , नब्बे दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या उसके पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा ।
ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों पर जो पूर्वोक्त नब्ये दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति से पहले उक्त प्रारूप की बाबत किसी व्यक्ति से प्राप्त होगे, केन्द्रीय सरकार विचार करेगी ।
" 55क. अभिगृहीत दस्तावेजों की प्रतियों के प्रमाणन की रीति ग्रौषधि निरीक्षक अपने द्वारा वह ( गग ) के अधीन अभिगृष्टीत या अधिनियम की धारा 22 की अपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( गगक ) के अधीन उसके समक्ष पेश किए गए दस्तावजों को , इस प्रकार अभिगृहीत किए जाने या पेश किए जाने की तारीख से बीस दिम की अवधि के भीतर यथास्थिति उस व्यक्ति को जिससे इन्हें अभिगृहीत किया गया था या उस व्यक्ति को जिसने पेश किया था , उनकी प्रतियो या उनके सार पर संबंधित भौषधि निरीक्षक और यथास्थिति उस व्यक्ति द्वारा जिसने उन्हें अभिगृहीत किया गया था या जिसने ऐसे अभिलेख पेश किए थे इस्ताक्षर करने के पश्चात् बापस कर देगा ।"
आक्षेप या सुझाव यदि कोई हो भचिव भारत सरकार स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय , निर्माण भवन , नई दिल्ली को भेजे आ सकेगे ।

3. रश्न नियमा के नियम 115 -ब के पश्चान् निम्नलिखिन निगम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात
information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules will be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of a period of ninety days from the date on which the copies of the official Gazette in which this notification is published are made available to the public .
Any objections or suggestions which maybe re- ceived from any person with respect to the said draft rulos before the expiry of the aforesaid period of ninety days will be taken into consideration by the Central Government .
" 145-ख-भः श्रमितृलीत दस्तावजो की प्रतियो के प्रमाणन की रीति- औषधि निरीक्षक अपने द्वारा खंड ( गग ) के अधीन अभिगृहीत या अधिनियम की धारा 22 की अप -धारा ( 1 ) के शुद्ध ( गगव) के अधीन उसके समक्ष पेश किए गए दस्तावेजा के, हम प्रका अभिग्रहीत किए जाने या पेश किए जाने की तारीख से वीस दिन की अधि के भोनर यथास्थिति उस व्यक्ति को जिगगे इन्हें अभि- गहीत किया गया था या उस व्यक्ति को जिसने इन्हें पेश किय। था उनकी प्रनियो या उनके मार पर , मंबधिन गौधि निरीक्षक और यथास्थिति उभ व्यक्ति द्वारा जिमसे उन्हें अभिगृहीत किया गया था था जिसने ऐसे अभिलेख पेश किए वे हस्ताक्षर करने के ग०णात् त्रापस कर देगा । "

1. These rules may be called the Drugs and Cosmetics (Amendment ) Rules , 1984 .
1-5-1979 तक ग्रथासंशोधित श्रीषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री नियम, 1915 ( पी ही जी एच एस 61 ) आषधि और प्रसाधन अधिनियम और नियमो का अंविष्ट करने वाली स्वास्थ्य और परिकार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्य विभाग ) के प्रकाशन में अनयिष्ट है । तत्पश्चात् उक्त नियमो का भारत के गजपत्र भाग 2 , खंड 3 ( 1 ) में प्रकाशिन , निम्नलिखित अधि- सुचनाओ द्वारा मशोधन किया गया , श्रर्थात् -

The Drugs Inspector shall return the documents seized by him under clause ( cc) , or produced before him under clause ( cca) , of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 22 of the Act , within a period of twenty days of the date of such seizure of production, to the per- son from whom they were seized or , as the case may be, the person who produced them, after copies thereof or extracts therefrom have been signed by the concerned Drugs Inspector and the person from whom they were seized or , as the case may be , who produced such records ." .

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th June , 1984
The Drugs Inspector shall return the documents seized by him under clause (cc) , or produced before him under clause ( cca ) , of sub- section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 22 of the Act , within a period of twenty days of the date of such seizure or production, to the person from whom they were seized or, as the case may be , the person who produced them , after copies there of extracts therefrom have been signed by the concerned Drugs Inspector and the person from whom they were seized, or , as the case may be, who produced such records . " .

The following draft of tain rules further to amend the Drugs and Cos- metics Rules , 1945 , which the Central Govern- ment proposes to make after consulation with the Drugs Technical Advisory Board, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 ( 23 of 1940) , is hereby published , as required by the said section for the
