O. N. 35(E):—In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 (46 of 1973) and in supersession of the Reserve Bank of India Order No. EC. CO. P&C 4J104-78 dated August 17, 1978, the Reserve Bank hereby authorises (1) Chief Controller of Imports & Exports (2) Addi- tional Chief Controller of Imports & Exports, (3) Joint Chief Controller of Imports & Exports, (4) Deputy Chief Controller of Imports & Exports and (5) Controller of Imports & Exports to grant export licences under that Sub-section to send out of India (i.e. to export) Jewellery and articles made out of gold in accor- dance with the Gold Jewellery Export Promotion-and Replenish- ment Scheme notified by the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce in Annexure in to Appendix 22 of Imports & Export Poliey, 1984-85 (Vol. I).
