G. S. R. 461 (E):—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No- H6|69-Central Excises, dated the 3rd May, 1969, namely :—

In Ae Schedule annexed to the said notification, after serial number 30 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely :—

"31. DOXYCYCLINE, ITS SALTS AND ESTERS;

32. ERYTHROMYSIN, ITS SALTS AND ESTERS;

W. MEBENDAZOLE."
