S.O. 458 (E ) : - In exorcise of the powers conferred by sub- paragraph (1 ) of paragraph 9 of the Drugs ( Prices Control ) Order, 1979, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Order of the Government of India
[PART II- SEC . 3 ( ii) ]
in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers , No. S.O. 608 (E) , dated the 23rd August, 1983 , namely :-
