सा० का ० ति० 465 ( अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधि- नियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) की पहली अनुसूची के शीर्ष सं ० 89.04 के अंतर्गत आने वाले पोतों, भाथों और ब्रेकअप के लिए अन्य जलयानों को, जब उनका भारत में आयात किया जाए, उक्त पहली अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट दर पर उन पर उद्ग्रहणीय सीमाशुल्क के उतने भाग से कट वेती है जितना मूल्य के 30 प्रतिशत की वर पर संगणित रकम से अधिक है ।

G.S.R. 465 (E) :- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts ships , boats and other vessels for breaking up falling under Heading No. 89.04, of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) , when imported into India , from so much of that portion of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule as is in excess of the amount calculated at the rate of 30 per cent ad valorem .

सा० का० नि० 466 ( अ): -केन्द्रीय सरकार, वित्त अधिनियम, 1984 ( 1984 का 21 की धारा 36 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के साथ पठित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त प्राक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं० 126/ 84-सीमाशुल्क , तारीख 11 मई, 1984 का निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना में, परन्तुक की मद (क ) में, " पालिएस्टर त्रिप" शब्दों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित शब्द और अंक अंतः स्थापित किए जाएंगे , अर्थात्ः--
",और अध्याय 89 के अंतर्गत आने वाले पोतों, गावों और ब्रेकअप के लिए अस्य जलवानों, " ।

G.S.R. 466 (E) :--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962) , read with sub- section (4) of section 36 of the Finance Act , 1984 (21 of 1984) , the Central Government ,being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 126/84 - Customs , dated the 11th May, 1984, namely:
In the said notification , in item (a) of the proviso , after the word and figures " Chapter 39 " , the following words and figures shall be inserted, namely :-
", and ships , boats and other vessels for breaking up falling within Chapter 89 , " .

अधिसूचना सं० 186/ 84-सीमाशुल्क
सा० का० नि० 467 (अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, अपना यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, यह निवेश देती है कि भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) को ऐसी प्रत्येक अधिसुचना का जो इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट है , उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में विनिदिष्ट रीति से, यथास्थिति संशोधन था और संशोधन किया जाएगा ।

1.34-सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 38 फरवरी , 1982
उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध मारणी में क्रम सं ० 1 के सामने, स्तंभ ( 4 ) मे, " मूल्य का 40 प्रतिशत" शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर" मूल्य का 60 प्रतिशत" शब्द और अंक रखे जायेंगें ।
उक्त अधिसूचना में,

(क) " मूल्य के 100 प्रतिशत" शब्दों और अंकों के स्थान पर, " मूल्य के 50 प्रतिशत" शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे ;
(ख) पैरा 2 का लोप किया जाएगा ।
3. 38--सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 1984
उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध सारणी में, " क्रम सं० 7, 8 और 9 तथा उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ।
4. 39 सीमाशुल्क, तारीखा 1 मार्च, 1984
उक्त अधिसूचना से उपामय सारणों में , क्रम सं ० 1 के सामने, स्तंभ ( 3 ) में, "मूल्य का 55 प्रतिशत" शब्दो और अंकों के स्थान पर " कुछ नहीं" सम्य रखे जाएंगे ।।

G.S.R. 467(E) :- In excercise of the powers con- ferred by sub - section (1 ) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) specified in Column (2 ) of the Table hereto annexed , shall be amended or further amended , as the case may be , in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in Column ( 3) of the said Table .

In the Table annexed to the said notification , against Sl . No. 1 in Column (3) , for the figures and words "55 per cent ad valorem" , the word " Nil " shall be substituted.
