S.O. 463 (E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-sec- tion (1) of section 3 of the Emigration Act, 1983 (31 of 1983), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K. M. Raghavan, Public Relations Officer, Madras to be the Protector of Emig- rants, Madras, during the leave period of Shri CM. Ualakrishnan, Protector of Emigrants, Madras, w.cf. 25-6-84 till further orders.
