ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA

NOTIFICATIONS

New Delhi, the 25th June, 1984

' O.N. 36 (E).—In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections Act, 1952 (31 of 1952), the Election Commission, in consultation with the Central Government, hereby appoints the Secretary General to the Lok Sabha, Parliament House, New Delhi, to be the Returning Officer for the Vice-Presidential Election.

O. N. 37 (E)-—In pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Elections Act, 1952 (31 of 1952), the Election Commission hereby appoints Sbri N. N. Mehra, Joint Secretary, Lok Sabha Secretariat, Parliament House, New Delhi to be the Assistant Returning Officer for the Vice-Presi- dential election.
