NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st June, 1984

G.S-R. 474 (E).-—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Aluminium Corporation of India Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Aluminium Under- taking) Act, 1984, (No. 43 of 1984) the Central Government hereby directs that the Aluminium Undertaking at Jaykaynagar near Asansol (West Bangui) of the Aluminium Corporation of India Ltd., Calcutta, and the right, title and interest of the Company in relation to that Undertaking, which have vested in the Central Government under section 3 of the said Act, shall, instead of continuing to vest in the Central Government, vest in the Bharat Aluminium Company Limited, with effect from the 2nd June, 1984.
