S.O. 474(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 5 of the Hooghly Docking and Engineer- ing Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertak- ings) Ordinance, 1984 (7 of 1984), the Central Government hereby directs that the undertakings of the Hooghly Docking and Engineering Company Limited, Calcutta, and the right, title and interest of the said Company in relation to its under- takings, which have vested in the Central Government under section 3 of the said Ordinance, shall, instead of continuing to vest in the Central Government, vest in Bum Standard Com- pany Limited, having its registered office at IOC, Hungerford Street, Calcutta-700017, on and from the 28th day of June, 1984.
