NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, 29th June, 1984
S.O. 4?5(E).—Tn exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 3 of the Agricultural produce Cess Act, 1940 (27 of 1940), and in supersession of the notification of (he Government of Tmlia in the Ministry of Agriculture (Depart- ment of Agriculture and Cooperation), No. S.O. 479(E), dated the 29th June, 1983, the Central Government hereby fixes, fpr the purposes of levying the duty leviable under that Act, the tariff value specified in column 4 of the Schedule hereto annexed as the tariff value of the article specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the said Schedule (being an article included in the Schedule to the said Act) in respect of the unit specified in column 3 of the said Schedule.
1. This notification shall come into force with effect from
the 1st da> of July, 1984.
