New Delhi, the 29th June, 1984

S.O. 476QE).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation), No. S.O. 478 (E)> dated the 29th June, 1983, the Central Government hereby fixes, with effect from 1st July, 1984, the tariff value in respect of Cashew Kernel at rupees two thou- sand five hundred per quintal for the period from 1st July 1984 to 30th June 1985.
