S.O. 486(E).—In pursuance of the notification of the Goverrmtnt of I.i.iia in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 529(E) dated the 22nd July, 1983, the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of July, 1984 as the date on which the Import!) and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947) shallcome into fc rce in the State of Sikkim.
