ORDER
G.S.R. 490(E).—Whereas it appears to the Central Go*-einment that it is necessary and expedient so to do for securing the equitable distribution of th; e ^ i i i al cim-miity namely, fei tiliser,
Now, therefore, in exeicise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955; the Central Government hereby directs that the manufac turers specified in the schedule given below :—
1. shall sell to the legistered fertiliser dealers in the States, Union Territories and the Commodity Gardens mentioned in Column 1 of the said schedule fertilisers of the des cription and quantity mentioned therein during the period Is: April, 1984 to 30th September, 1984 at the rate of one-sixth of the quantity specified in tbc month; and
2, shall submit to the Central Government and the State Governments or Union Territories and Commodity Boards pertaining to the Commodity Gardens mentioned in Columr 1 of the said schedule a statement by 10th day of every month containing therein:—
(i) The quantity of fertilisers despatched to various dealers in the Staces, Union Territories and the Commodity Gardens mentioned in Column I with the dates of despaicii * during previous month; and
(ii) The quantity of fertilisers which the said manufacturers propose to despatch to the various dealers in the States, Union Territories and Commodity Gardens mentioned in Column 1 in the succeeding month.
