सं० 194/ 84-सीमा शुल्क
का ० ग्रा ० 488 ( प ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने हुए, नीचे की पारणी के म्नम्भ 2 में उल्लिखित भारतीय तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस के अधिकारियों को , जहां भी वे तैनात हैं , सीमा शुल्क अधिकारी के ऐसे कृत्य मांपनी है जो उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ 3 में तत्संबधी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं और निर्देश देती है कि ऐमा प्रत्येक अधिकारी अपनी अधिकारिता की स्थानीय मीमात्रों के भीमर मीमा शुल्क अधिकारी के ऐसे कृत्यों का प्रयोग करेगा ।

Σ.Ο. 488 ( F ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sectlon 6 of the Customs Act , 1962 ( 52 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby entrusts to the officers o the Indo - Trhetan Bordor Police mentioned in column 2 of the Table below . wherever posted, the functions of an officer of Customs specified in the corres- ponding entry in column 3 of the said Table and directs that each such officer shall exercise the functions of an officer of Customs within the local limits of lis jurisaiction .
