NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th July, 1984
S.O. 492(E).—In pursuance of Clause 3 of the Tractors (Distribution and Sale) Control Order, 1971 and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Heavy Industry) No. S.O. 647(E) dated the 30th August, 1983 the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Ranjit Gupta, Director, Ministry of Industry, Departim.nl of Heavy Industry, Government of India, as a Con- troller ior the purposes of the said Order ;ind assigns to him the functions of Controller under the provisions of the said Order in respect of Tractors manufactured in India.
