NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th July, 1984
S.O. 493(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 6 of I he Hooghly Docking and Engineering Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1984 (7 of 19S1), the Central Government hereby declares thai the undertakings of the Hooghly Docking and Engi- neering Company Limited, Calcutta which have been directed, under sub-section (1) of section 5 of the said Ordinance to vest in an existing Government Company, namely, Burn Standard Company Limited, having its registcied office at 10-C, Hungerford Street, Calcutta-700017, be transferred to and vest in a new Government Company, namely, Hooghly Dock and Port Engi- neers Limited having its registered office at 12, Mission Row, Calcutta-700001 from the 9th day of July. 1984.
