New Delhi, the 9th July, 1984

S.O 495(E)—In exercise of the powers confentd by Section 5, read with Sub-section (2) of section 27 of the. Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1376 (13 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insur- ance) No. S.O. 41(E) [No. 1205|F. No. 414|2|76-lT(Inv )] dated the 15th January, 1976, namley • —

In the Table below the said Order, in Column (2), against Serial No. 2, for "Shri V. V. S. Sastry", "Shri L. P. Dhir" shall be substituted.
