मा०या०नि ० 505 ( श्र) भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियमावली, 1966 के नियम 4 के साथ पठित प्रखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार मध्य प्रदेश मरकार के परामर्ण से, भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग पद का नियतन ) विनियमावली, 1966 में और श्रागे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है :-
(1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय वन मेवा (मंत्रर्ग एव का नियतन) मंणोधन विनियमावली , 1984 # 1
(2 ) ये विनियम मरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन । नागरीय को प्रवृत्तहोगे ।
भारतीय वन मेवा ( संवर्ग पद का नियतन) विनियमावली, 1966 को अनुसूची में " मध्य प्रदेश" शीर्षक तथा उसके अंतर्गत श्री प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा अर्थात्:---

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th July , 1984
G.S.R. 505 ( E) . In exerciso of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service ( Cadre) Rulos , 1966 , the Central Government , in consultation with the Government of Madhya Pradesh , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service ( Fixa- tion of Cadre Strength ) Regulations , 1966 , namely : -
( 1 ) These Regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength ) Amendment Regu- Jations , 1984.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi- cation in the Official Gazette .
In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966, for the heading "Madhya Pradesh" and the entries occurring thereunder , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
