S.O. 497(E).—In exercise c:f the powers conferred by Clause 8 of the Jute (Licensing and Control) Order, 1961, read with the Notification of the Government of India in, the late Ministry of Commerce (Department of Foreign Trade) No. S O. 5I7(E) dated the 25th September, 1973, I. D. R. Das, Deputy jute Commissioner, Calcutta hereby fix Rs. 876.74 per ICO bags as the maximum ev-fa.-tory price at whbh B. Twills (a variety of jute taxtiles) of the size 44i"x26*" HD. W.I.P. 44"x26i" HD. 4i lbs. per ba.?, 6x8.3 blue, drysewn and con- forming in all other respects to the current ISI—specification (No. IS2566—1965 as amended up-to-date) shall be purchased or sold during the month of July, 1984.
2. The price fixed under this notification shall be exclusive cf duty of excise and sales tax which shall be paid in addition to cx-factory price by the purchaser at actuals.
