G.S.R. 511(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Mineral Products (Addi- tional Duties of Excise and Customs) Act, 1953 (27 of 1958), the Central Government hereby makes, the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. £76j67-Central Excises, dated the 21st December, 1967, namely .-
In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, serial
number 4 and the entry relating thereto shall be omitted.
