S.O. 524(E).—In exercix of the poweis conferred by sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Conservation of Foreign Ex- change and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974), the Central Government hereby specially empowers the following officer of the Centrol Government, namely, Shri K. K. Dwivedi, Joint Secretary to the Government of India, for the purposes of the said section.
