NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd July, 1984 .

G.S.R. 528(E):—In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by subjection (i) of section 4 of the Terrorist Aifectod Areas (Special Courts) Ordinance, 1984 (9 of 1984), the Central Government hereby establishes a Special Court in relation to the judicial zone of Jalandhar as constituted under the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs, No, GSR 527(E), dated 23rd July, 1984 and the said Special Court shall sit at Jalandhar in iho State of Punjab.'
