New Dolhi, the 23rd July, 1984

G.S.R. 530 (E):—In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sub-sa;tion (1") of section 4 of the Terrorist Affected Areas (Spe;ial Courts) Ordinance, 193+ (9 of 1984), the Central Government hereby establishes a Spocial Court in relation to the judicial zone of Fcrozepur as constitutej under the notification of trie Government of India in the Ministry of Homo Affairs, No. GSR. 527(E) '.atod 23rJ July, 19S4 and the said Special Court shall sit at Forozepurin the State of Pacyib.
