G.S.R. 531(fi).—'In exerclso of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 5 of tho Terrorist Affected Areas (Special Courts) Ordinance, 1984 (9 of 1934), the Central OJvcrnmojt, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the Punjab and Haryana High Court appoints Shri Kuljit Singh Bhalla, Sessions Judge of Ludhiana tj bs th= Judge of the Spjcial Court established at Jalandhar under section 4 of the said Ordinance.
