NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd July, 1984

G.S.R. 5J2(E). —In exercise of tho powers conferred under sub-section (I) of Section 5 of ths Terrorist Affected Areas (Special Courts) Ordinance, 1984 (9 of 1984), the Central Government, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the Punjab and H'irya'.vt High Court appoints Shri Amrit Lai Bahri, Sessions Judgo, Vigilance (Punjab and Haryana High CJcrt) to be the Judge of the Special Court established at Patmla under section 4 of the sflid Ordinance.
