सं . ली . उम्ल्यू. सी./XV - 1 (आर. -15)/ भर्ती. वेयरहाउसिंग कारपोरेशन अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 58) की धारा 42 द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , सैन्ट्रल वेयरहाउसिंग कारपोरेशन केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व स्वीकृति से एसद्वारा

सैन्दूल वेयरहाउसिंग कारपोरेशन ( कर्मचारीवृन्द) विनियम , 1966 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है:-
1. (1) इन नियमों का नाम सैन्ट्रल बेयरहाउसिंग कारपोरेशन (कर्मआरीकन्द) (चतुर्थ संशोधन) विनियम, 1984 है ।
(2 ) ये नियम सरकारी राजापत्र में प्रकाशन होने की तारीख से प्रवृत होंगे ।
2. सैन्ट्रल वेयरहाउसिंग कारपोरेशन (कर्मचारीवृन्द) विनियम , 1966 कं विनियम 15 में उप - विनियम ( 1 ) के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्
(1) ' जब तक कि अन्यथा नियुक्ति की शतों में अनुबंधित न हो , प्रत्येक कर्मचारी श्रम मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार के श्रम ब्यूरो द्वारा प्रकाशित अखिल भारतीय उपभोक्ता सूचकांक के आधार पर केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित औद्योगिक मंहगाई भत्ता लेमें का हकदार होगा । "
3. उपविनियम ( 2) को उपविनियम (3) के रूप में पुनः क्रमांक दिया जाएगा और उपविनियम ( 3) को पुनः क्रमांक देने से पूर्व निम्नलिखित को उप- विनियम (2 ) के रूप में जोड़ा जाए , अर्थात:-
(2) " कारपोरेशन , अपने निषेक्षक बोर्ड की स्वीकृति से समय - समय पर किन्हीं अन्य भत्तों की किस्म और वरें और वे शत , जिन पर ये भत्ते विए आएं , निर्धारित कर सकती है । "

No. CWCXV - 1 ( R- 15 ) Rectt . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 42 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 ( 58 of 1962 ) , the Central Warehousing Corporation with the previous sanction of the Central Government hereby makes 3

the following Regulations further to amend the Central Ware- housing Corporation ( Staff ) Regulations , 1966 namely : -
1. ( 1 ) These Regulations may be called the Central Ware- housing Corporation ( Staff ) ( Fourth amendment ) Regulations , 1984 .
(2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publi- cation in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Central Warehousing Corporation ( Staff ) Regula- tions , 1966 , in regulation, 15 , for sub - regulation ( 1 ) the follow- ing shall be substituted namely :--
"( 1 ) Unless otherwise stipulated in the terms and condi- tions of employment , every employee shall be entitled to Industrial Dearness Allowance as determined by the Central Government on the basis of All India Consumer Price Index published by the Labour Bureau in the Ministry of Labour , Government of India . "
3. Sub- regulation ( 2 ) shall be re - numbered as sub - regula- tion (3 ) and before sub - regulation ( 3 ) as so re - numbered , the following shall be inserted as sub- regulation ( 2 ) namely :
" (2) The Corporation may , with the approval of its Board of Directors , prescribe from time to time the kinds and rates of any other allowances and the terms and conditions on which such allowances may be granted . "
