2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART H—SEC. 3(ii)] specifies Muzaffarnagar as the place where Muzaf- faraagar Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall have its Head Office. mencing on the 27th July, 1984 and ending with the 31st July, 1987 as the period tor which the said Shri J. D. Khetrapal, shall hold office as such Chair- man. [No. F. 1-25|83-RRB(II)]S.O, 537(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby notifies, for the purpose of th" said sub-clause, Muzaffarnagar Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Muzaffarnagar being an institution established under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).

S.O. 539(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub- section (6) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following Bank, namely:
"Muzaffarnagar Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Muzaf- famagar (U.P.)."
