MINISTRY OF SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT (Ports Wing)

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th July, 1984

G.S.R. 540 (E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1938 j, the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as a Trustee of the first Board of Trustees for the Nhava Sheva Port Trust :—

I. The Director General (Roads Development)

and Additional Secretary, Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Roads Wing).

and for that purpose amends the Ministry of Shipping and Trans- port (Ports Wing) Notification No. G.S.R. 437(E), dated the 31st May, 19X2, as follows, namely :—

In the said notification, after entry 11, the following entry

shall be added, namely :—

"12. The Director General Trustee'

(Roads Development) and Additional Secretary, Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Roads Wing).
