NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2Sth July, 1984

G.S.R. 543 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Terrorist Affected Areas {Special Courts) Ordinance, 1984 (9 of 1984), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. G.S.R. 529 (E), dated the 23rd July, 1984, the Central Government hereby establishes a Special Court in relation to the judicial zone of Patiala, as constituted under the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. G.S.R. 541 (E), dated 28th July, 1984, and further directs that the said Special Court shall ordinarily sit at Patiala.
