NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th July, 1984

G.S.R. 546 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 5 of the Terrorist Affected Areas (Special Courts) Ordinance, 1984 (9 of 1984), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. G.S.R. 532(E), dated the 23rd July, 1984, the Central Government, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, hereby appoints Shri Amrit Lai Bahri, Sessions Judge, Vigilance (Punjab and Haryana High Court) to be the judge of the Special Court established in relation to the judicial zone of Patiala.
