New Delhi, the 28th July, 1984

S.O. 542(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5, read with Sub-section (2) of Section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the order to the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insu- rance) No. S. O. 41(E) [No. 1205|F. No. 414|2|76-IT(IN"V.)] dated the 15th January, 1976 namely :—

In the table below the said order, in column (2) against Serial No. 1, for "Shri V.V.S. Sastry", "Shri K. R. Srinivasan" shall be subs,tituted.
