New Delhi, the 31s; July, 1984
S.O. 545(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 4 of the British India Corporation Limited (Acquisition of Shares) Act, 1981 (29 of 1981), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 432 (E) dated the 11th June, 1981, published at pages 733-734 of Part II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated the 11th Tuns, 1981, namely :—
In the said notification, for serial number 7 and the entry
relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely :—
"7. Shri M. Mandal, General Manager (Planning), State
Bank of India, Local Head Office, Lucknow."
