और भारत मरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( श्रौद्योगिक विकाम विभाग ) क आदेश सं . का . ग्रा 283 ( प्र) / 18 तक/ ग्राई . डी. थार. ए. 83 , तारीख 11 अप्रैल , 1983 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवृधि 31 , जलाई, 1983 तक जिसमें यह नारीख भी सम्मिलित है बढ़ा दी गई थी ,
श्री भारत मम्कार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) क आदेश म . का . आ. 525 ( थ ) । फक / आई डी आर ए / 83 , नारीख 27 जुलाई , 1983 द्वारा उश्न आत्रेण की अवधि 31 जनवरी , 1984तक , जिनमें यह सारी भी सम्मिलित है बढ़ा दी गई थी;
भौर भारत सरकार उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के ग्रादेश स. का. श्रा. 41 ( प्र) / 18 फक/ आई.डी . आर.ए./ 94 तारीख 30 जनवरी, 1984 द्वारा उक्त श्रावेश की श्रधि तारीख 30 अप्रैल , 1981 तक जिसमे यह नारीख भी सम्मिलित है बहा दी गई योः
और भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (आंद्योगिक विकास विभाग के आदेश मं . का आ. 334 (अ)/ 18 रुक ) श्राई . डो. श्रार . ए ./ 84 तारीख 30 अप्रैल, 1984 उक्त आदेश की द्वारा अवधि 31 जुलाई, 1984 तथा जिसमे यह तारीख भी मम्मिलित है , बढ़ा दी गई थी;
और केन्द्रीय मरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त श्रादेश 31 अक्तूबर , 1934 तक की जिममें यह नारीण भी सम्मिलित है और श्रवश्वि के लिए प्रभात्री यना रहे;

अतः, अव केन्द्रीय सरकार उद्या ( विप और विनिता ) , कवि नियम, 1951 ( 1951 का ( 5 ) की धाग ९कर की उपनाग ( 2) द्वारा प्रदल तिनयों का प्रदान करते हुए देती है कि उन आदेग 31 अक्तूवर, 1931 नह से जिसमें है और ग्रवधि के लिए प्रभावी बना देग ।

S.O. 547 (E) 18AA IDRA 84.-Whereas by the Order of Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 265 ( E) 18AA IDRA 76 dated the 13th April , 1978 (hereinafter referred to the said Order) . the management of the whole of the industriel under- takings , namely ( i ) Messrs Swadesh Coton Mills , Kanpur , ( ii ) Messrs Swadeshi Co ton Mills, Fondi- cherry , ( iii ) Messrs Swadeshi Cotton Mills , Naini , (iv) Messrs Swadeshi Cotton Mills . Maunath Bhanjon , (v) Messrs Udaipur Cotton Mills , Udaipur and ( vi ) Me srs Rae Bareli Textile Mills , Rae Bareli of Messr : Swadeshi Cotton Mills Company Limited , Kanpur (hereinafter referred to as the said undertakings ) were taken over under clause ( a) of sub - section ( 1) of see- tion 18AA of the Industries ( Development and Re- gulation) . Act 1951 ( 65 or 1951 ) , for a period of five years from the 13th April , 1978 and the Na- tional Textile Corporation Limited was authorised to take over the management of the whole of the in- dustrial undertakings ;
And, wliereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry if Industry ( Depar: ment of In dustrial Development ) No. S.O. 283 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 83, dated the 11th April , 1983 , the period of the said Order was extended upto and inclusive of the 31st July , 1983 ;
And, whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 525 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 83 , dated the 27th July. 1983 the period of the said Order was extended upto and inclusive of the 31st January , 1984 ;
And, whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 41 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 84 , dated the 30th January , 1984 , the period of the said Order was extended upto and inclusive of the 30th April , 1984;
And, whereas , by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of In- dustrial Development) No. S.O. 334 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 84 dated the 30th April . 1984, the period of said Order was extended upto and inclusive of the 31st July, 1984 .
And , whercas , the Central Government is of opi- nion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order should continue to have effect for a further period unto and inclusive of the 31st October. 1984;

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 2 ) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 , ( 65 of 1951) . the Central Governrient hereh, direc's that the said Ordu shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31s October , 1984:

का. ग्रा. 513 ( स ) / 18जख साई डो भार 0/84: केन्द्रीय मरकार ने भारत सरकार के रद्योग मंत्रालय ( श्रीद्योगिक विकास विभा ) के आदेश मं . का. आ. 277 ( अ) / 18 चख / माई डी मार ए / 73 नारीय 20 अप्रैल , 1378 द्वारा ( जिसे उनमें इनके पश्चात उक्त आदेश कहा गया है) उद्योग ( बिकान और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का ( 5 ) को धारा 1 तख की उपधारा (1) के खंड (ख ) द्वारा प्रश्न शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह घोषणा की थी कि उक्न आदेश के जागे किए जान की तारीख में जंक पूर्व प्रवृन नभी मंविदाओं, संपन्नि के हस्तान्तरण पत्रो, रुगणं, परिनिर्धारणों, पंचाटों, म्याना आदेशों या अन्य लिखितां में प्रोद्भूत गाउनून होत वाली गर्भः वा यनाओं और दागिन्यो का ( उन भिन्न जो बैंकों या वित्तीय गंग्थाः के प्रतिभून दायित्वों में संबंधित हैं ) जिनका नैवर्त स्वदेशी काटन मित्रण कम्पनी चिमिटेड कानपुर के ( 1 ) मैमर्म स्वदेशी काटन मिल्म, कानपुर, (ii ) मैगर्न स्वदेणी काटन मिल्न , पांडिचेरी , (१ ) मैसर्ग म्बदेशी काटन मिल्म. नैना, ( iv ) मैमर्स स्वदेशी क। टन मिल्स, मऊनाथ भंजन, ( v) मैमर्म उदयपुर काटन मित्म , उदयपुर और ( 1 ) मैनर्स रायबरेली टैक्सटाईल मिल्म, रायबरेली नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रन एक पक्षकार है य। जो ऐने योगिक उपक्रमों को लागू है प्रवर्तन ऐगो नारीख से एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए निलम्विन रहेगा और उनत तारीख में पूर्व उरा के अधीन प्रोद्भुत या उद्भूत होने वाली सभी बाध्यताए और दायित्व उक्न अवधि के लिए निलम्वित रहेंगे ;
औ दोन्द्र सरकारने जनोहर होने पर कि जननावरण के दिन में यह आवश्यक है कि उक्त प्रादेश पूर्वोक्न वर्ग की अवति की ममान्नि के पश्चात् प्रभावी बना रहे 31 जुलाई 1984 तक की जिसम यह नारीख भी सम्मिलित है और अवधि के लिए ऐसे बने रहने की समय - समय पर घोषणा की थी देखिए भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकाम विभाग ) के शादेश सं 9 का० ग्रा० 209 ( ग्र) / 18/ चख/ आई डी ग्रार 10/79 तारीख 16 अप्रैल , 1979; वा० ग्रा० 162 ( अ)/ 18चख/ गाई डी आर ५/80, तारीख 17 अप्रैल , 1980 , वा ० ग्रा० 305 (अ ) 1Sचन्द / आई डी आर ० / ९ १ , दारीब 20 अवै T, 1981 ; का० आ० 272 ( अ ) 18 वव/ ग्राई डी आर 182 नारीख 20 अप्रैल. 1982; कां० ग्रा० 184 ( अ)/ 1 जन / गार्ड डी आर ए / 83 , नारीख 11 अप्रैल, 1987 ; का० ग्रा० ₹26 ( य)/ 18चख/ यार्ड डी आर ए 83, तारीख 27 जुलाई , 1983 ; का० १० 42 ( अ) / 18चख / आाई डी यार ए/ २१ , तारीख 30 जनवरी , 1951 और का० श्र1० 335 / 18नख/आाई डी चार ए/ 34 , तारीख अप्रैल, 1954 ।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह ममाधान हो गया है कि उक्त आदेश क. अवधि 31 अक्तूबर 1984 तक की जिममें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलिन है और अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दी जाए;
अतः अव केन्द्रीय सरकार उद्योग विकाम और विनियमन अधिनियन 1651 ( 1951 का 55 ) को धाग 18चख को उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ 3

गठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदरुन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त श्रादेण की अवधि 31 अक्तूबर , 1984 तक की जिगमें यह तारीख भी गम्मिलित है व. प्रधि के लिए बढ़ाली है ।

ORDER
or S.O. 548 ( E ) 18FB | IDRA/ 84.- Whereas by the Order of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 277 (E) | 18FB IDRA 78 , dated the 20th April , 1978 ( hereinafter refered to as the said Order) , the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , declared that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts , assurances of property, agreements , setlements , awards , standing orders other instruments in force, immediately before the date of issue of the said Order ( other than those re- lating to secured liabilities to banks and financial insti- tutions) to which the industrial undertakings known as : ( i ) Messrs Swadeshi Cotton Mills , Kanpur , ( ii ) Messrs Swadeshi Cotton Mills , Pondicherry , ( iii ) Messr ; Swadeshi Cotton Mills , Nain , ( iv ) Messrs Swadeshi Cotton Mills , Maunath Bhanjan , ( v ) Messrs Udaipur Cotton Mills , Udaipur , and ( vi ) Messrs Rae Bareli Textile Mills , Rae Bareli , of Messrs Swadeshi Cotton Mills Company Limited, Kanpur, are parties or which may be applicable to such industrial under- takings chali remain suspended for a period of one year froin such date and that all the obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for the said period;
And whereas the Central Government being of opinion that it is necessary in the interest of the gene- ral public that the said Order should continue to have effect after the expiry of the period of one year aforesaid, had declared from time to time, for such continuance for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st July , 1984 vide Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development ) Nos . S.O.209 ( E ) [ 18FB| IDRA 79 , dated the 16th April , 1979 , S.O.262 ( E ) | 18FB IDRA 80 , dated the 17th April , 1980 , S.O. 305 / E) 18FB IDRA 81 , dated the 20th April , 1981 , S.O. 272 (E) 18FB IDRA 82 , dated the 20th April , 1982 , S.O. 284 ( E) 18FB JDRA/ 83 , dated the 11th April , 1983 , S.O. 526 (E ) 18FB IDRA/ 83 , dated the 27th July , 1983 , S.O. 42 (E ) 18FB| IDRA 84 , dated the 30th January, 1984, and S.O. 335 18FB IDRA 84, dated the 30th April , 1984 ;
And, whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st October, 1984;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) read with sub - section ( 2 ) of sec- tion 18FB of the Industries ( Development and Re- gulation) Act, 1951 , ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st October , 1984.
