का था 556 (प्र ) / 13 कक / ग्राई डी आर ए/ 84 भारत सरकार के उद्योग मन्त्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश मं , 65 ( अ) / 18 कक/ आई श्री आर ए / 78 तारीख 4 फरवरी , 1978 द्वारा (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्त्राल उक्त आदेश कहा गया है ) घाभ्ध प्रदेश राज्य फे श्रीकाकुलम जिले के बोधिती में श्रीनी विनिर्माण करने वाले मैमसे श्रीराम णूगर्म एण्ड इण्डस्ट्रीज निमिदेष को एकक का ( जिने इनमें इमके पश्चात उक्त श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम कहा गया है) प्रत्रम्य, उद्योग ( विकास और बिनियमम ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 करु की उपधारा ( १ ) के ख ०४ ( ख ) के अधीन, उक्त आदेण के राजपत्र में प्रकाजन की तारीख में तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए गऋण किया गया था और निजाम शुगर फैक्ट्री लिमिटेड को उक्त औद्योगिक डाफर का प्रबंध चहण करने के प्राधिकृत किया गया था ।
भोर भान्त मरकार के उद्योग मन्त्रालय ( श्रीद्योगिक विकाम विभाग) 901 ( अ) , मारीख 21 नवम्बर 1980, श्रगम्म, 1981. का था 549 (प्र) था. 83 ( श्र ) / 18 करु/ भाई की चार ९/ १२ के क्रमश गावेश से . का. आ का० भा० 619 ( प्र ) , तारीख तारीख 2 अगस्त्र. 1982 , फा

नारीख 2 फरवरी , 1983, का था . 517 (म)/ 13 रुरु/भाई डी भार ए / 83 तारीख 2 अगस्त, 1983 और हा.श्रा . 65 ( म) / 18 कक/ आई ही यार ए/ 81 तारीख 2 फरवरी, 1984 द्वारा उक्न आवेश 2 अगस्त, 1984 तक की जिपने यत्र नारीख भी सम्मिनित है, अवधि के लिए जारी रखा गया था ।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह रात है कि लोकहित में यह ममीबीन है कि उक्न श्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम 31 दिसम्बर , 1984 तक की, जिनमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , और अवधि के पिए निजाम शुगर फैक्ट्री लिमिटेड के प्रबंध के अधीन बना रहे ।
धन केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग ( विनाप भोर विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18तक की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वाग प्रश्न शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए यह निदेश देती है कि उक्त श्रादेश 31 विनम्बर, 1984 तक को, जिनमें यह मारीत्व भी मम्मिलित है , अवधि के लिए प्रमावी बना रहेगा ।

SO. 556 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 84 -Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of 2
THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY
Industry (Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 65 (E ) 18AA IDRA 78 , dated the 4th February, 1978 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the management of the Unit of Messers Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited manufacturing sugar at Bobbili in District Srikakulam in the State of Andhra Pradesh, (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial under- taking ) was taken over under clause ( b ) of sub- section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , for a period of three years from the date of publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette and the Nizam Sugar Factory Limited was authorised to take over manage- ment of the said industrial undertaking ;
And, whereas , by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of In- dustrial Development ) Nos . S.O. 901 ( E) , dated the 21st November , 1980, S.O. 619 ( E) , dated the 3rd August , 1981 , S.O. 549 (E ) , dated the 2nd August, 1982 , S.O.83 (E ) 18AA IDRA 83 , dated the 2nd Feb- ruary, 1983 , S.O. 547 ( E ) 18AA IDRA 83 , dated the 2nd August , 1983 and S.O. 65 (E ) 18AA IDRA 84 , dated the 2nd February , 1984 respectively the said Order was continued for a period upto and inclusive of the 2nd August , 1984 ;
And, whereas , the Central Government is of the opinion that it isexpedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the management of the Nizam Sugar Factory Limited for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st December , 1984 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2 ) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st December , 1984.

का. पा . 557 ( प्र) / 18वख / भाई डी बार ए/ 84 केन्द्रीय सरकार ते, भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के आदेश सं . का . प्रा. 958 ( थ) /18 चख / साई की भार ए /80 तारीख 10 दिसम्बर , 1980 द्वारा ( जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त प्रादेश कहा गया है ) उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 65) की धारा 18 चख की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा की थी कि उक्त आवेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से ठीक पहले प्रवृत्त सभी संविदामों सम्पत्ति के हस्तांतरण पक्षों, करारों परिनिर्धारणों , पंचाटों, स्थायी आवेशों या अन्य लिखतों का ( उनसे भिन्न जो 4 फरवरी , 1978 के पश्चात किए गए हैं या हुए हैं या प्रवृत्त हुए है ) जिनका आन्ध्र प्रदेश राज्य के श्रीकाकुलम जिले के बोबिली में चीनी का बितिर्माण करने वाले मैसर्स श्रीराम शुगर्स एण्ड इण्डस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड का एकक या उक्त एकक का स्वामित्व रखने बाली कम्पनी एक पक्षकार है, या जो उवत एकक या कम्पती को लागू हो, प्रवर्तन 3 अगस्त, 1981 तक की, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, अवधि के लिए निलम्बित रहेगा और उक्त आदेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से पहले उसके अधीन प्रोष्भूत या उद्भू त 'सभी अधिकार, विशेषाधिकार बाध्यताए और वायित्व उक्त अवधि के लिए नलंबित रहेंगे ।

भौर केन्द्रीय सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (भौद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के क्रमशः भादेश सं . का. मा. 622 ( थ) / 18 -वख/ प्राई डी आरए/ 81 तारीख 4 अगस्त, 1981 , का. मा. 550 ( भ ) / 18 चख/ भार्ड डी भार ए / 82 तारीख 2 अगस्त , 1982 , का . श्रा . 82 (भ) /18 অন্ত/ भाई की आर ए / 83 तारीख 2 फरवरी , 1983, का. भा० 548 (अ)/ 18 चव / भाई ही बार ए / 83 तारीख 2 अगस्त, 1983 ौर का प्रा. 66 (प्र) / 18 वण / भाई की आर ए / 84 तारीख 2 फरवरी , 1984 द्वारा उक्त आदेश की अवधि को सभी मामलों की बाबत उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थानों के प्रति प्रतिभूति वायित्वों से संबंधित है 2 अगस्त, 1984 तक जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , जारी रखा गया था ।
और केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त आदेश की अवधि को सभी मामलों की बाबत ( उनसे भिन्न जो बैंको भौर वित्तीय संस्थानों के प्रति प्रतिभूत वायित्वों से संबंधित है ) , 21 दिसम्बर 1984 तक की जिसमें मह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है और अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दिया जाए ।
मत: अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, (उद्योग विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18चख की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उक्त श्रादेश की अवधि को सभी मामलों की बाबत उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थानों के प्रति प्रतिभूत बायित्वों से संबंधित है) , 31 दिसम्बर , 1984 तक की जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है, और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है ।

S.O. 557 (E ) 18FB IDRA 84 .--Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 958 ( E ) 18FB IDRA/ 80, dated the 10th Decem- ber, 1980 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) , the Central Government , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause ( b) of sub -section ( 1 ) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , declared that the operation of all contracts , assurances of property , agreements , settlements , awards , standing orders or other instru- ments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order ( other than those which have been entered into, arrived at or come into force after the 4th Febuary, 1978 ) , to which the unit of Messrs Sri Rama Sugars and Industries Limited manufacturing sugar at Bobbili in District Srikakulam in the State ofAndhra Pradesh of the company owning the said unit is a party or which may be applicable to the said unit or company , shall remain suspended for a period upto and inclusive of the 3rd August , 1981 and all the rights , privileges , obligations and liabilities accruing of arising there under before the date of issue of the said order shall remain suspended for the said period ;
And, whereas , by the Orders of the Central Govern- ment in the Ministry of Industry (Department of In- dustrial Development) Nos .os . S.O.S.O. 622 (E ) [ 18FB IDRA 3

81, dated the 4th August, 1981 , S.O. 550 ( E) 18FB| IDRA 82, dated the 2nd August , 1982, S.O. 82 ( E ) | 18FB IDRA 83 , dated the 2nd February, 1983 , S.O. 548 ( E) 18FB IDRA 83 , dated the 2nd August, 1983 and S.O. 66 ( E ) | 18FB | IDRA 84, dated the 2nd Feb- ruary , 1984, respectively, the duration of the said Order was continued upto and inclusive of the 2nd August , 1984 ( in respect of all matters except those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) ;
And, whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order in respect of all matters ( except those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions ) should be extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st December , 1984 ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 2) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order in respect of all matters (except those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions ) for a further period upto and inclusive of the 31st December , 1984 .
